    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup finely grated romano cheese
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup parsley, minced
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste


Lightly combine all ingredients; shape into 20 meatballs.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are browning and cooked through.
