Italian Turkey and Tomato Sauce over Pasta

Introduction

Calculated with Italian-seasoned ground turkey, Ronzoni SmartTaste Calculated with Italian-seasoned ground turkey, Ronzoni SmartTaste
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pound Italian-seasoned ground turkey
    8 oz SmartTaste pasta
    15 oz can crushed tomatoes
    Basil, Salt, Pepper to taste
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup FF ricotta

Directions

Saute ground turkey & minced garlic in a pan until browned and cooked through. Add crushed tomatoes. Add basil, salt, & pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add ricotta and simmer another 5 minutes. Serve 1/2 cup sauce over approximately 1 cup pasta (2 oz dry).

Serving Size: 4 servings (2 oz dry pasta + approx 1/2 cup sauce)
