Ingredients

    20 spears fresh asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp sea salt crystals
    1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the asparagus. Bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is golden and asparagus is tender. Serves 2 people at 10 spears each.
