1 lb Fish Fillets (if large, cut into 3 serving pieces)
1/2 tsp salt
dash black pepper
2 Tbl Butter, melted
(I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light)
1 Tbl Lemon Juice
1 tsp Onion Powder
Paprika (if desired - not included)
Arrange fish in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over fish pieces.
Bake uncovered until fish flakes very easily with fork and is opaque in center, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Paprika if desired.
