Chicken Southwest Style

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.5 cup (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Ranch Beans 2 cups


Brown, & chunk 2 lbs chicken breast

Simmer chicken in 12 oz spaghetti sauce till tender.

Add 1/4 cup canned jalapenos or green chilis, beans, & 2 cups cooked rice. Simmer till warm.
