Thai Beef Salad

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Romaine lettuce (or your favorite)
    Cucumber
    Basil
    Cilantro
    Cherry Tomato
    Beef Round Steak
    French Fried Onions

Directions

grill round steak to doneness of your liking and slice very thin, (you can sub chicken, shrimp or tofu) assemble salad with lettuce, then cucumber, tomatoes, basil , beef , cilantro , french fried onions (this gives it a nice crunch you can use raw red onions or shallots instead of fried) top with 3 TBLS of Thai salad dressing

Serving Size: makes 2 nice size salad or one really Big one!
