Number of Servings: 24


    2/3 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 t. baking soda
    1 1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. baking powder
    1 t. cinnamon
    1 t. cloves
    2/3 c. raisins
    2/3 c. nuts


Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin and water. Blend in dry ingredients until flour is just moistened. Stir in nuts and raisins. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
