Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .30 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove) can use powder..
    *Cooking Spray, Pam, 2 serving
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    celantro
    capers 1/2 tablespooon
    pimentos 1/2 tablespooon
    dash or salt and pepper (your taste)

Directions

Spray the skillet with pam and add oil. Add meat, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, onions, salt, pepper, capers, and pimentos til meat is brown. Then add veggies, potatoes, and tomato sauce. Once this has simmer at the end add a few springs of fresh cilantro for seasoning into skillet serve over brown rice.
