Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast
2 tbs minced garlic
1cup vidalia onion
8oz salsa verde
1 tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup chobani plain yogurt
1tsp coriander
1tsp cumin
squirt lime juice
Tips
Directions
Sautee the onion, garlic with a little olive oil, coriander and cumin.
Chop the raw chicken very fine and add into the onion and garlic and cook the chicken.
Once the chicken is cooked add the salsa verde, cornstarch, chobani yogurt, and lime juice.
