Shellys AMAZING Fish Chowdah!!!!!

Introduction

This is the best chowdah! It is low fat, delicious, and perfect for those of us that are losing weight or had gastric bypass etc.... This is the best chowdah! It is low fat, delicious, and perfect for those of us that are losing weight or had gastric bypass etc....
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb haddock
    1 cup vidalia onion
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 can creamed corn
    16oz Land o Lakes FF creamer
    2 tsp thyme
    1 tsp onion powder
    1tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp better than boullion chx flavor
    3 cups of water

Directions

Saute veggies with spices, then add water and steam fish on top. Add cream style corn after fish is cooked. When cooled, add FF Creamer. I like to put chowder in oven at around 250 for awhile to let flavors mix.

****Do not cook or warm with any cover as the creamer will curdle***********
