Low Fat Meatloaf

Introduction

A low fat creation by Shelly! Awesome for gastric bypass, dieting, or just anyone trying to keep it lower fat!!! A low fat creation by Shelly! Awesome for gastric bypass, dieting, or just anyone trying to keep it lower fat!!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb of at least 90% lean hamburger
    1 cup Bob's Red mill oatmeal
    1 cup grated carrots
    1 cup chopped spinach
    1 lg Vidalia Onion
    2 tbs Garlic
    1 tsp Better than Boullion (so much better than cubes!)
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp greek seasoning
    2 eggs (lg)


Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Put into a 9x12 baking pan.

Cover pan with tin foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
