1 can (8 oz) bamboo shoots, drained and chopped
1 can (4 oz) mushroom stems and pieces
2 TBS minced onion
1 tsp dill seed
1 tsp cilantro
pepper or other seasonings to taste
3 TBS vinegar
4 TBS sour cream
Makes about 4 servings of 1/2 cup each.
