New to Spark People so, sorry not sure how to figure the calories. Wanted a homemade sauce not too sweet so found this one.

Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
1 LB- of cooked lean ground chuck
Chopped green pepper
1 15 oz, can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp. Ground Mustard
1 Tsp. onion Powder
1/4 Cup of Catchup
S & P (if you like)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
Then add to cooked meat blend well and simmer for 20- 30 minutes
Serve on hamburger buns, wraps, pitas etc...
Serving Size: Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches depending on amout of mixture you use.
