Ingredients

    1/2 c lite mayo
    2.82 lbs chicken breast
    1/4 c mustard
    1/2 large onion
    4 medium hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tb lemon juice

Directions

Boil chicken and eggs for 15 minutes. Shred chicken, cut eggs, put all ingredients together.
