2.5 lbs Pork Loin Roast fat trimmed
1 clove garlic quartered
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Grey Poupon Mustard
1 Tbsp Orange Marmalade
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
Trim fat from pork loin.
Cut 4 slits in top of pork loin and insert a piece of garlic into each slit.
sprinkle roast with salt.
Place roast in roasting pan and bake at 350F 20 minutes per pound.
Prepare Glaze by mixing Marmalade, mustard, and thyme together.
Baste roast with glaze during last 15 minutes of cooking.
Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
serves 10 to 12 people.
