Introduction

This recipe came from a Weight Watchers meeting I attended a few years ago. It's perfect for after Thanksgiving Dinner instead of pumpkin pie....but it's good anytime of the year. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 15-oz can canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    2 cups fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1-2 teas pumpkin pie spice
    1 box vanilla or butterscotch pudding

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into dessert cups. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

I think it's better with the butterscotch pudding.

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
