Salmon & Apple salad

Ingredients

    1 - 6oz can Pink Salmon
    2 small apples (approx. 2 cups)
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    2 Tbsp Hellmann's With Extra virgin Olive oil
    2 Tbsp onion diced
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/3 cup Ocean Spray Cranraisins

Directions

In a medium bowl combine salmon, apples, celery, onion, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add cranraisins, then refrigerate. Serve on bed of lettuce. For an additional 100 calories add chopped walnuts.
