Introduction

Rice dish with fish that u can have for special breakfast or dinner Rice dish with fish that u can have for special breakfast or dinner
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    350grams SMOKED haddock (or cod)
    175grams rice (pilau or long grained white)
    pinch of cayenne(optional)
    100grams peas
    25grams butter (unsalted)
    2large boiled eggs
    chives to garnish (optional)

Directions

Put smoked haddock(or cod), in a frying pan cover with boiling water and simmer for 10mins, drain, skin & flake, keep warm.
Meanwhile cook the rice according to packet instructions then simmer for 5 Min's add peas & simmer until all water is absorbed.
Then stir in the fish, cayenne & butter put on plate quarter eggs put on top of rice then garnish with chives.
