Honey Apple Glazed Pork

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    6 Boneless Pork Chops

    Pork Rub:
    1 1/2 tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried sage leafs or ground sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper

    Honey Apple Glaze
    1/3 cup of honey
    1 cup applesauce
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

    To have extra glaze in the pan I doubled the Honey Apple Glaze, and used it over the pork chops after they were cut up and served for added flavor.

Directions

Makes 6 Boneless Pork Chops.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Pork chops in baking dish and Rub with Pork Rub. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove pork chops and coat with Honey Apple Glaze. Return to oven and continue cooking for 45 - 60 minutes(Depending on thickness of pork chops). Pork chops should be very tender when done.
