    1/2 THOMAS ENGLISH MUFFIN

Directions

WHISK EGGS WITH MILK IN SMALL BOWL.
HEAT 1 T. OF OLIVE OIL IN SMALL OVENPROOF SKILLET
COOK OVER MED. HEAT WHISKING LIGHTLY UNTIL BOTTOM SETS. hEAT BROCCOLI IN MICROWAVE.
PREHEAT BROILER, ADD BROCC., THEN CHEESES TO EGG MIXTURE AND SET UNDER BROILER WITH 1/2 ENGLISH MUFFIN. COOK UNTIL LIGHT LY BROWNED AND PUFFY. ENJOY!
