Blueberry Protein muffins

Introduction

traditional blueberry muffins with Splenda and protein powder traditional blueberry muffins with Splenda and protein powder
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 cup Jay Robb unflavored Whey powder
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup Splenda
    1 cup skim milk
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    4 egg whites
    2 1/2 cups berries - your choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Spray 2 muffins tins with PAM
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In a seperate bowl combine all wet ingredients.
Add wet to dry ingredients in the large bowl and stir in berries.
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 24 muffins
