Introduction

Tastes best when done the night before and then chilled. Makes it supper easy for parties and BBQ's! Tastes best when done the night before and then chilled. Makes it supper easy for parties and BBQ's!

Ingredients

    1 Can of beans, rinced (I use the variety of 6 mixed)
    Half of a red pepper, Chopped
    Half of a cucumber, Peeled and chopped
    Half of a red onion, diced
    Tbsp cilantro
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

Chop and mix.
