Whole Wheat Pancakes With Blueberries - Double Recipe

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup quick oats (or old fashioned)
    1.5 cups milk
    2 T. packed brown sugar
    4 T. unsweetened applesauce
    6 tsp. baking powder

Directions

Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients,except blueberries, until smooth. Fold in berries. Cook on griddle in 1/4 cup servings.

Serving Size: Makes 18 1/4 cup sized pancakes
