Introductionultra good vegan crackers ultra good vegan crackers
1 cup of all purpose flour (can use any kind, I have used wheat, spelt and rice)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast (looks like big yellow flakes)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
4 tablespoons nondairy butter ( I usually only need 2)
1/4 cup water or any nondairy milk
roll out and cut with cookie cutter, should be about 1/4in thick.
cook at 350f or 180c for about 15 min
also you can add cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes. or dried herbs of choice.
Serving Size: about 60 small crackers, depending on the cookie cutter
