Creamy Fruit Salad for 2



A fresh creamy fruit salad for a dessert or side dish A fresh creamy fruit salad for a dessert or side dish
Number of Servings: 2


    1 - Large Apple, 1/4" diced (I use Granny Smith)
    1 - Medium Peach, 1/4" diced
    1 - Large Banana. 1/4" diced
    1/2 cup Plain fat free Greek Yogurt
    6 tsp (1/8 cup) Splenda
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts


1) Dice All Fruit to about 1/4" pieces, mix together
2) Add Greek Yogurt & Splenda, mix well
3) Divide into two bowls
4) Divide Walnuts and use as topping for each

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
