Ingredients

    - Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, large (about 7" dia)
    - Great Value No Salt Added Tomato Sauce - 1 8oz can
    - Carrots, raw, 5 large cut in chunks
    Great Value Small Red Beans , 1 16 oz bag
    - Potato, raw, 5 medium, cut in chunks
    - Onions, raw, 1 medium
    - McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix - 1 pkg.
    - Water, tap, 6 cup
    - Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels

Directions

add all ingredients to crockpot

Cook on low all day.

serve and enjoy
