Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, .12 tsp (remove)
Bread, reduced-calorie, white, 1.5 slice (remove)
Dip bread in egg mixture. Fry till browned.

Ut oh.... I've been doing it so long i didn't realize i was leaving anything out:)... be careful if you're watching your cholesterol, too. You may want to use egg beaters instead of egg. Anywho, i just soak 2 pieces of bread in the egg/milk/cinnamon/sugar mix than fry till brown, flip, & brown again
