    oregano
    1/2 stick butter
    4 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

saute vegetables in butter/oil, season with oregano

  • Sounds DELISH...but WAY more fat than I would eat in a side dish...I will make it with just the olive oil and add some Butter Buds for the buttery flavour that I like...and use basil instead of oregano. - 5/19/11
