Introduction

Marinate shrooms, open side up in shoyu, lemon, and olive oil.
Grind pinenuts, basil, parsley and garlic, add miso. Warm in dehydrator for 3-6 hours at 105.

    20 mushrooms
    1 1/2 C pinenuts
    2 TBL fresh basil
    1/4 C fresh parsley
    TBL light miso
    2 cloves fresh garlic
    lemon juice
    nama shoyu
    oil
    salt

Directions
