TUNA BEAN AND CUCUMBER SALAD

Introduction

DELICIOUS FOR LUNCH AND FULL OF FIBER DELICIOUS FOR LUNCH AND FULL OF FIBER
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 - 5 oz can chunk light tuna in water drained
    1- scallion chopped
    1/2 of a 7 " cucumber peeled and diced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 c chopped parsley
    few grinds fresh black pepper
    1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper more if you like
    1/8 tsp celery seeds
    1 large clove garlic chopped more if you like garlic


Directions

MIX ALL TOGETHER LET SIT FEW MINUTES TO 5 MINUTES FOR FLAVORS TO MARRY TOGETHER you cam serve on bed of romaine or spinach just add those facts to nutrition
