Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Tbs butter
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    Powdered Sugar
    Cinnamon

Directions

Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Beat eggs well then add remainder of ingredients and beat until frothy. Pour into skillet and bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees F then lower heat to 350 and continue to bake 20 minutes more.
Before serving sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar and cinnamon
