Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

    5 potatoes, washed and sliced
    .75 large onion, sliced
    10 oz. frozen peas
    10 oz. frozen carrots
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in small pieces
    1/2 cup skim milk

Directions

Layer potatoes, onions, carrots, peas, chicken and 1/3 of soup (mixed with milk). Repeat layers. Top with enough potato slices to cover and the remainder of the soup. Cook on low in crock pot all day.
