1 lb fresh rhubarb, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
2/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/4 cup hot water
While rhubarb is cooking, dissolve Splenda in 1/4 cup of hot water.
Add cranberries and Splenda syrup to the rhubarb and continue heating for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Let mix cool and serve.
