Introduction

I like egg and toast so I put the two together for a any time meal I like egg and toast so I put the two together for a any time meal
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Fried Egg, 1 large
    Bread, wheat (including toast), 2 slices
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Celery, cooked, 1 tbsp, finely chopped
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    non fat spray

Directions

Chop up the celery and onion finely. Put the bread into the toaster, and start toasting.In a fry pan sprayed with non fat spray cook the onion and celery until the cooked as you like ( I like almost raw). Beat the egg like for scrambled egg. Pour over the veggies. Cook in one piece, turning it over once. Butter the toast and place the egg patty on top.

Eat and enjoy your one pan meal.
