Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 breast, bone and skin removed
    Tomato Sauce, 4 cups
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 small
    *Flour, white, 0.25 cup
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 8 cups (cooked)

Directions

In slow cooker place all ingredients except noodles and cook for about 5 hours. OR fry chicken breasts in 1 to 2 cups of the tomato sauce, in another small pain slowly cook together 2 cups of tomato sauce with peppers, onions, and mushrooms, covered until onions and peppers are only slightly crispy. Cook noodles and serve cooked chicken breasts covered in sauce cooked. IF needed, combine cooked chicken, minus juices with the cooked sauce and leave on low temperature until dinner. Great meal to set aside when unsure what time dinner is.
