Introduction

a very strawberry smoothie with a hint of banana. I divided it in two tall glasses; it could be 4 - 8 oz servings. Very refreshing. a very strawberry smoothie with a hint of banana. I divided it in two tall glasses; it could be 4 - 8 oz servings. Very refreshing.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups strawberry halves
    1 banana, small
    1 - 6 oz Yoplait light fat free vanilla yogurt ( or any flavor)
    1 cup light cranberry juice cocktail
    4 cups crushed ice (more or less)

Directions

Stem the strawberries and slice. Put all the fruit and the yogurt into a blender. Process on high for 2 minutes. If it is too thick, add some of the cranberry juice. When the mixture is blended, add the ice and blend until smooth, adding the juice as needed to keep it blending. Delicious!

Serving Size: makes 2 16 oz servings
