Fresh Onion Dip (clean recipe)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 ounces GREEK yogurt
    1 large sweet onion diced
    2 tsp coconut oil
    2 pinch white pepper or to taste.

Directions

Cook and stir diced onions with the coconut oil over medium heat until the onions are caramelized to a nice golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Remove the onions from the heat and cool slightly. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately or store in fridge for another day. Mixture will be slightly thicker after refridgeration. Serve as a healthy alternative to French Onion Dip served with chips or vegetables or... I will eat it all by itself and call it sweet onion custard....
