Turkey Kielbasa mushroom stir fry

Introduction

Ingredients

    Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 14 oz , sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), diced
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) diced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 8 oz, diced
    Red bell pepper 1 small, diced
    Garlic, 3 clove, minced
    Quinoa, 1 serving 0.5 cup
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Rince Quinoa. Put in a small pot with 1 cup water bring to a boil, simmer until water is absorbed, remove from heat, cover and let stand for 6 min. Fluf with fork.

Brown sausage set aside
In the same pan heat olive oil, add onion, celery, bellpepper, mushrooms, saute just untill tender, add in garlic cook until fragrant. Return cooked sausage to pan combine cook for two minutes. Remove from heat.

Add in quinoa and combine.

Serve as is or topped with your favorie sause.
