Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    mushrooms,no name yellow label, 2 cup)
    pc blue menu- six bean medley, 4 cup
    Ground beef, lean, 300 grams
    *Canned, Diced Tomatoes, Blue Menu, No Salt Added, President's Choice, 28oz liq = 796ml, 28 oz
    *1 Can 14 oz Heinz Cream of Tomato Soup, 2 serving
    Ground Turkey, 200 grams (

Directions

Fry hamburger, rinse off excess fat under hot water
add Tomatoes, Tomato soup (2 cans) & 1 Can of water.
Put kidney,black & 6 bean medley in a colinder & rinse well to reduce sodium
Add beans
Add onions, peppers & mushrooms, coarsely chopped.
Add chili powder to taste
add 1/4 cup of vinegar

bring to a slow boil & then reduce heat & simmer for approx 1 hour
