Introduction

A filling open-faced sandwich that tastes great. A filling open-faced sandwich that tastes great.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 large hard-boiled eggs
    1 tblsp Kraft Light Mayonaise
    1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
    1 slice of Dave's Killer Bread Light Good Seed
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop the egg, add the mayonaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Spread on top of the slice of bread.

Serving Size: Makes one open-faced sandwich
