Ingredients

    2 pkgs. (6.5oz.) pizza crust mix
    3/4 cup pizza sauce
    2 tsp. parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. (8oz.) pizza cheese
    15 slices pepperoni

Directions

Preheat oven to 475. Mix pizza crust according to package directions. Grease bottom of 15-16" pizza pan. Once dough rises, press out on pizza pan. Grease hands first. This prevents the dough from sticking. Pinch edges all the way around. Fold over pinch once all the way around to form the crust. Prick fough with fork in a spiral motion beginning on the outide and working towards the center. This prevents air bubbles. Bake crust for 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Top crust with pizza sauce, both cheeses and pepperoni. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Makes 1 13" pizza, serves 4 (2 slices = 1 serving)
