Introduction

Ingredients

    Nabe Soup Package 800gr (Kimchi Flavour)
    12 large shrimp
    12 large scallops
    1 salmon fillet
    4 pieces of mochi (rice cake) 33grams each
    1 carrot
    1 cup bamboo
    1 cup sliced green peppers
    1 cup baby corn cobbs
    6 medium portobello mushrooms
    1 medium sweet potato with skin
    1 package of bean sprouts

    You may change any of these ingredients to add any seafood or vegitables that you like best.

Directions

This makes 4 large bowls and serves as a full meal.

First add the Nabe soup package to a large pot.
Then start chopping the vegitables into strips.
Add the potatoes, bamboo and carrots first and start simmering.
After 10 minutes add the green peppers, mushrooms, and corn.
After another 10 minutes add the seafood and sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir to mix and serve. May be served with rice if you like. Rice is not added to the nutrional info.
