Ingredients

2 whole eggs
2 c. 1% milk
1/2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. xylitol (sugar)
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract or lemon zest
Directions
Beat eggs unti they are light and fluffy; then put eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar in a nonstick saucepan. Heat mixture to a simmers. but not boiling. Pour mixture into 4 serving dishes and refrigerator to cool. After mixture has cooled for 20 minutes divide blueberries into 4 serving dishes and return refrigerator. Serve when custard has set.
