Ingredients

    2 turnips
    1 cup chopped parsley
    1 cup sliced carrots
    2 cup sliced celery
    2 cups sliced leeks
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Dice, slice and chop all ingredients and boil on medium heat in 1 litre of stock until soft.
*OPTIONAL: Add pepper to taste.
