Ingredients

    2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp chopped almonds
    2 Tbsp flax seed
    2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, roasted
    2 Tbsp dried cranberries
    2 Tbsp chopped dates

    1 cup wheat bran
    2 Tbsp packed brown
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1.3 cup rolled oats
    2 Tbsp vanilla shake powder Energy First

    1 Tbsp honey
    1 Tbsp tahini
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ones. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Heat oven to 375* oven. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape mix into 9 patties. Bake until tops are JUST brown, approximately 15 minutes.
