Greek Pasta Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Barilla Penne. 2/3 c. uncooked (2 oz.), 16 oz (remove)
    *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 1.5 cup, crumbled (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Black Olives, 20 jumbo (remove)
    Olive Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Basil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

cook pasat till done. Toss with about 1/4 cup of olive oil so it doesn't stick and let cool. Chop onion, tomato , and olives and add to cooled pasta and toss. Add crumbled feta and toss.
Dressing : olive oil, lemon julice, garlic, basil, and oregano. Mix dressing and toss with pasta. Refriderate for a couple of hours , toss before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
