Introduction

I eat plain, or can use in place of pork sausage in Italian dishes etc. I eat plain, or can use in place of pork sausage in Italian dishes etc.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup Textured vegetable protein
    1 Tble fennel seeds
    2 Tble ground flax seed
    2 Tble nutritional yeast flakes
    seasonings (I used Savory Spice Bohemian mix 2 tsp, paprika 1 tsp, red pepper flakes 2 tsp and dried sage 1.5-2 Tble)
    1 Tble whole wheat Panko bread crumbs

Directions

-reconstitute TVP according to package
-add rest of ingredients; add water as needed
-saute in non-stick pan till starts to brown (cover to steam a bit)

Makes 6 servings, about 1/3 cup each
