Ingredients

    Stop & Shop Tomato Paste, 10 tbsp
    Hunt's Canned Crushed Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 6 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    White Wine, 2 fl oz
    Italian Seasonina to taste

Directions

1. Saute Veggis and Garlic in Olive Oil
2. Add red pepper, seasoning, tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce
3. Add Shrimp and cook until pink.
Serves approx 11 half cup servings
