Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

    3 oz. chicken in teriyaki marinade (see recipe below)
    1/2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 c. green beans
    1/2 c. fresh or water packed peaches

    Teriyaki Marinade Recipe (or use 2 1/2 tbsp. teriyaki marinade)

    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tbsp. sherry

Directions

Marinate skinless chicken breast in teriyaki sauce. Broil or grill chicken and baste during cooking. Serve with brown rice (flavor to taste with soy sauce), green beans, and peaches for dessert.
