Introduction

I heard this tasty drink can help boost your metabolism. I heard this tasty drink can help boost your metabolism.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 gallon of water
    1 orange
    A bunch of Mint leaves
    Optional 3 servings of Sweet n Low

Directions

Cut orange into sections and take leaves of the stems. Add water orange and mint stir. Optional you can add Sweet n Low to make it a little sweet. (I took out the leaves after a day and disgarded them).

Serving Size: makes 16 -1 cup servings
